2. Products

We sell trading card products and related items. Product images are for illustration only. Packaging, print quality, centering, seal condition, and minor manufacturer imperfections may vary.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected abuse, or unforeseen supply issues.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may be changed without prior notice.

5. Payment and Checkout

Checkout through our website or WhatsApp does not guarantee order confirmation until we verify stock availability and confirm the order with you.

6. Pre-orders

Pre-order items are subject to supplier allocation, release-date changes, shipment delays, and possible quantity adjustments. If supplier allocation is reduced, we may cancel or partially fulfill affected pre-orders and refund any amount paid for unfulfilled items.

7. Delivery and Self-Collection

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery or collection.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Opened sealed products, trading card packs, booster boxes, and mystery products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law. Returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

9. Product Condition

We do not guarantee gem mint grading outcomes, specific pull rates, or investment returns. Minor dents, shrink-wrap imperfections, edge wear on outer packaging, or manufacturer defects may occur and do not automatically qualify as defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from any purchase, delay, allocation shortfall, or courier issue.
